AlNiCo-Magnete
AlNiCo magnets – temperature-stable magnets with classic performance and long-term magnetic stability.
AlNiCo magnets are composed of aluminum (Al), nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), and other elements such as iron and copper. They are among the oldest commercially used permanent magnets and are known for their excellent temperature resistance (up to over 500 °C) and long-term magnetic stability.
While they have lower magnetic strength compared to rare-earth magnets (like NdFeB or SmCo), AlNiCo magnets offer exceptional temperature stability, low coercivity, and a linear demagnetization curve. Their ease of magnetization and demagnetization makes them ideal for sensors, measuring devices, scientific instruments, and guitar pickups.
AlNiCo magnets are available in cast or sintered form and can be manufactured in various shapes with high dimensional precision.
